I am not you.... I am something like you.... I am nothing but you.... and all three exist and none without the other.
So in our practice we can play with the melting space between each....
1st begin with feeling embodied
2nd be grateful for what you are and have acknowledging a connection or gift
3rd begin to feel your breath and how something bigger is apart of you as much as you are apart of it... even expand beyond into the space around you as all things are pulsing
