The Experience is Happening!

When we get seriously injured we are told not to move because we might make it worse so like when we feel an emotion come up we should just be with it for at least a moment to notice it and move through it so it doesn't start gripping to us, responding with stomach cramping, heart aching or even throat and head tension.

Observe the nature of your emotions... 

Positive qualities manifest spontaneously and we flow easily with whatever experience brings.
