The main currents of energy are contracting and expanding such as Muscle Energy and Organic Energy which take up 85% of the principles of alignment. The other 14.5% is spiraling energies, or refinements, they are happening all the time in nature we see them as vines wrap up trees and fence posts and feel the wraping spirals in our bodies as our facia wraps around our muscles, encapsulating our joints and organs and making us look the way we do.... Beautiful. Because everything is always changing there is a constant friction of movement so its that ratio, also called the golden mean ratio that creates beauty in the universe, from the leaves to our faces. The other .5% comes from inspiration and possibilities.
